Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area
Autozubehörbeumers currently ships within Germany and the United States.
Orders with delivery addresses outside these countries cannot be processed or shipped at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Germany and the United States is free of charge.
If special shipping methods or limited-time promotions (e.g. express shipping) are offered in the future, any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
Free shipping applies only to delivery to you.
Return shipping costs are handled according to our return and refund policy.
3. Processing & Shipping
Orders are automatically processed after payment is received.
Typical processing time: 1–2 business days
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
This includes a tracking number if available.
Shipping is carried out by selected carriers, such as:
- DHL
- DPD
- Hermes
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Germany: 3–7 business days after shipment
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
Including processing time, the estimated total delivery time is:
- Germany: 4–9 business days after payment
- United States: 6–12 business days after payment
Delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking
After shipment, you can track your order:
- via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email
- or directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number
Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, they are responsible for delivery.
6. Correct Delivery Address
- Full name
- Street and house number
- Postal code and city
- Optional: additional delivery details
Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or additional costs.
7. Package Inspection & Damages
Please check your package upon delivery whenever possible.
If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend documenting it with photos and reporting it to the carrier immediately.
8. Unclaimed Shipments
Please do not refuse delivery without contacting our customer service first.
Uncoordinated returns may result in reduced or no refund.
9. Failed Delivery
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- check with neighbors or safe drop-off locations
- contact the shipping carrier
- then contact our customer service
10. Order Cancellation
Orders are usually processed immediately after being placed and therefore cannot always be cancelled or changed.
After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
