Return and Refund Policy

1. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition
  • The item must be unworn / uninstalled / unchanged (normal inspection is allowed)
  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Free items, bundles, and manuals must be returned completely

If signs of use, missing labels, or damaged packaging are found, we reserve the right to deduct a reduction in value according to § 357 (7) BGB from the refund amount.


2. Who bears the return shipping costs?

A) Returns without quality issues

(e.g. wrong size, color, or not satisfied)

➡️ The customer bears the return shipping costs.

B) Returns due to defect / transport damage / wrong delivery

➡️ We cover the return shipping costs if reported within 7 days after delivery.
➡️ In this case, we provide a free return label.

Note: The 7-day period applies only to free returns, not to the statutory withdrawal right.


3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt:

After review, we will offer:

  • Replacement delivery
  • Refund of purchase price

4. Return process

To return an item:

  1. Email: support@autozubehoer-beumers.de
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Customer name
    • Reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Send it to the return address below

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • You will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping cost refunds

As shipping within Germany and the United States is currently free, there are no refundable shipping costs.


6. Exclusions from return / withdrawal

  • Sealed hygiene items once unsealed
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items

7. Refused delivery / non-accepted shipment

  • Do not refuse delivery without contacting support first
  • If refused without agreement and lost: No refund possible

8. Loss during transport

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check tracking details
  • Contact shipping provider
  • Contact us for assistance

9. Address changes / cancellation

  • Address changes are not possible after shipment
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
