Cancellation Policy (Withdrawal Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, on which you received the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

A sample withdrawal form can be found at the end of this withdrawal policy. Its use is optional.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made:

  • without undue delay, and
  • no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

4. Return Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is free of defects.

In the case of defective, incorrectly delivered, or damaged items, we will cover the return costs in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Value Depreciation

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Examples of improper handling:

  • visible signs of use
  • missing labels
  • damaged or heavily soiled packaging
  • used or opened hygiene products

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed
  • custom-made or personalized products
  • goods that can spoil quickly
  • goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
